Acts 2:46-47 reminds us that God is at work not only in formal worship, but in everyday moments shared together. Around tables, meals, and daily rhythms, Christ nurtures joy and deep, authentic relationships. These ordinary spaces become sacred as God’s presence draws His people closer to one another.

Divorce can be one of the most challenging experiences a person faces, and no one should have to walk through it alone. Our Divorce Care ministry is committed to offering understanding, encouragement, and practical guidance to individuals navigating this difficult season. To continue providing this vital support, we are inviting volunteers to join our team as group facilitators. You do not need to be divorced to serve in this role. What matters most is a caring heart, a willingness to listen, and a desire to help others heal and rebuild. Facilitators help create a safe, welcoming environment where participants can share their experiences, learn helpful tools, and find hope for the future. If you have a passion for supporting others, or if you simply feel called to make a meaningful difference, we would love to have you consider volunteering. Your presence could be the encouragement someone needs to take their next step toward healing. If you’re interested or would like more information, please reach out to Sandy Gregory (816-228-5300 ext. 8042) Your compassion can change someone’s life. |
