Timmy Burgers
Fall Fun festival
In the fall of 1981, Timothy decided to sell steakburgers and brats at the Blue Springs Fun Fest to fund a completely renovated kitchen either in the Fellowship Hall or a new building. We bought a 10′ x 10′ booth and stocked it with 500 pounds of meat. We thought we would have meat left over, God blessed our efforts as we sold out on Saturday and purchased more hamburgers and buns from the supermarket. By 1985 we owned a 10′ x 50′ booth and had increased from 500 pounds to 4400 pounds of meat, along with 300 workers and approximately 1250 hours. Since we began over 40 years ago Timothy has been able to do various projects funded by the steakburger ministry.
