| We know what is supposed to happen when something is planted. It is supposed to GROW. And when it doesn’t, we think something must be wrong. God has planted within each of us the seed of faith. And what should we expect that faith to do? GROW! But how does that faith grown, and what is the purpose of the growth? Those are the things we will explore this week, so join us. |

The church in Scriptures is described as the “bride of Christ.” As we gather as Timothy Lutheran Church and School, the question is, do we look like Christ’s bride? And the answer is probably “not always.” So, how does Timothy Lutheran Ministries pursue the identity God has given to us? Well, throughout our history here in Blue Springs, we have sought to stay grounded in that identity by rallying around a vision. That vision is to “transform lives through Christ.” Through August 31, we are going to come back to that vision grounded in biblical truths and refresh our hearts and minds to the calling and commitment we must walk as Christ's bride, right where He put us. |

| Thank you, Mary Martha Circle and Timothy congregation, for putting your heart out there when gathering school supplies for Blue Springs kids this year! Boxes and boxes of items were delivered to the Community Services League for distribution to those who have signed up hoping to have needed items when school begins. And yes, there is a waiting list for more kids yet who would like to get some supplies when the school year begins. Your caring hearts are big, and your concern is enormous as you share with others. |

A huge THANK YOU to the amazing volunteers who came out Saturday to help spread mulch on both of our playgrounds! We were blessed with 45 dedicated parents and students who showed up with wheelbarrows, rakes, and shovels in hand—ready to work! Together, they spread an incredible 90 cubic feet of mulch to get our playgrounds in top shape. Because of your time, energy, and teamwork, the Timothy Lutheran School playgrounds are ready for fun! |
