Thanksgiving Grocery Bag Ministry THIS SUNDAY, Oct. 30, is the first day to pick up a brown grocery sack from the grocery cart at either campus to fill with foods for holiday meals for families in the inner city. Christmas Giving Trees Deadline to submit names of an individual/family from our congregation or school for Timothy’s annual Care Ministry Giving Tree opportunity is THIS SUNDAY, Oct. 30. Name of individual/family with address & phone number should be placed in sealed envelope and put in Sandy Gregory’s mailbox at RD Mize or contact her at 816.228.5300 Ext. 8042 or sandyg@timothylutheran.com. A Giving Tree will be displayed at each campus starting Wed., Nov. 23, for you to choose tag(s) and return suggested gifts on Sun., Dec. 11, for Timothy’s annual Journey to the Manger. Gifts will be distributed to individuals/families suggested by Timothy families, Community Services League, Immanuel Lutheran in KC, and Our Redeemer in KC.
