Job Opportunity Lutheran High School—KC is seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for 2023-2024 school year. This part-time, year-round position (with opportunity to consider full-time) is open to candidates who must possess a service mindset, excellent teamwork, and self-management abilities within the LHS school environment. Preference will be given to individuals with previous office work experience and technology proficiency. Donations Requested: Clean plastic bags and reusable cloth or plastic bags, if available, are appreciated for the staff at Lutheran Urban Mission Agency Auxiliary(LUMAA) to package food for its clients. Please place donations in clear tub in RD Mize mailbox area. Thank you very much!
Food Donations: Food donations during the month of JULY will be delivered to HILLCREST. Cereal, hamburger helper, canned meats, spaghetti products, sugar, vegetable oil, and paper products are needed. Thank you for continuing to donate!
Food Donations during the month of August are for Jesu El Buen Pastor in KC(The Lutheran Church of Jesus the Good Shepherd) in Kansas City. Always needed are cereal, canned meat, pasta, sugar, vegetable oil, cake mix, brownie mix, and canned fruit. Paper products and hygiene products are also appreciated. All items may be placed in the grocery cart in the lobby. Thank you for thinking of those who are less fortunate.
