Our Ministry Leaders
Rev Kendall Meyer
Personal: Pastor Kendall and his wife/partner in ministry, Lynn, have two daughters and one son, Michaela, Ben, and Abby.
College Education and post graduate studies: Attended University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated from University of Nebraska-Omaha with a BGS and a dual Secondary in Psychology and Religion. Concordia Seminary in St. Louis with an M.Div.
Previous positions: Pastor Kendall has served at Gloria Dei, Urbandale, Iowa for 4 years; Mount Olive Church & School, Des Moines, Iowa for 6 years; Lutheran Church of St. John, Quincy, Illinois for 4 years; St. Paul, Fort Dodge, Iowa for 6 years prior to coming to Timothy.
Senior Pastor
Serving Timothy: Pastor Kendall was installed as Senior Pastor at Timothy in December of 2025. His focus is to serve by developing, coordinating, administering and providing leadership for an effective and comprehensive ministry to the congregation and school. He is excited at the opportunity to build relationships and serve the people at Timothy and throughout the region. His desire is to love and to lead as Timothy seeks to “Transform Lives through Christ.”
Rev Ryan Hochgrebe
Personal: Pastor Ryan and his beautiful wife, Melissa, have three daughters and two sons, Carmen, Colton, Heidi, Kash, and Harper
College Education and post graduate studies: University of Missouri-Columbia with a BA in Secondary math education; Concordia Seminary in St. Louis with an M.Div.
Previous positions: Pastor Ryan has served in Folsom, CA for 8 years prior to coming to Timothy.
Associate Pastor – Director of Youth, Family, and School Ministry
Serving Timothy: Pastor Ryan was installed at Timothy in June of 2021. His focus is toward children and youth ministry both at Timothy Lutheran Church and School. He is humbled at the opportunity to serve the people at timothy and throughout the region. His desire is to draw children, youth, and their families into a walk of faith that hears, experiences, encounters, sees, and lives out the grace and love of the Lord. As of 2026 Pastor Ryan is now the Associate Pastor – Director of Youth, Family and School Ministry.
Rev Rodney Lindmann
Pastor Rodney Lindemann currently serves as the Associate Pastor and Director of Congregational Life & Care at Timothy Lutheran Church and School. In this role, he provides pastoral leadership focused on nurturing spiritual growth, strengthening relationships, and supporting the overall well‑being of the congregation. Pastor Lindemann is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections within the church community through care ministries, small groups, and opportunities for service. His compassionate leadership and commitment to walking alongside individuals and families are an important part of Timothy’s mission and ministry.
Rev Francis Lieb
Pastor Francis Lieb serves as the Visitation Pastor at Timothy Lutheran Church and School in Blue Springs. In this role, he faithfully cares for members through hospital and home visits, offering prayer, encouragement, and the comfort of God’s Word. Pastor Lieb has a deep heart for personal ministry and values building meaningful relationships, especially with those who may be experiencing illness, transition, or times of need. His compassionate presence and pastoral care are a blessing to Timothy’s church family and an important part of the congregation’s ministry of love and connection.
