Ministry Area:                   One-to-One Care Ministry

Reports to:                       Care Minister

Approximate time commitment per week: 8 hours of training; volunteer time will vary with each care area

Related Skills/Gifts: Committed Christian who lives a life of faith through acts of mercy, at least 2 years as Timothy member whose worship attendance averages 75% over one year, active participation in Bible study or small group where Bible study takes place, regular financial giver with the tithe as the goal

Duties/Responsibilities: Serves in at least one area of care ministry for one year (see specific job descriptions)
